This little place is so comfy and great! The food is magnificent, it’s like a blend of Vietnamese/Japanese/Korean. I recommend the Spicy Korean soup!

Cute little shop with amazing food! I got the Banh mi, which was phenomenal. I got all 4 of the Baos which each one had such a different flavor and taste, 10/10. Then I had a peach mocktail which was perfect for my summer day. Nothing but praises here. Reasonably priced, attentive staff, cute little shop. Highly recommend.

We got the 3 meat bao buns, fried goza, shoyu ramen, buba noodles all were awesome! My 9 year old has been on a ramen kick at home so we tried this place out she's a verry picky eater so the ramen wasn't 100% for her (I think she is just used to the salty flavored broth from the cups) but she loved the fried goyza, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all the food! Waitress was pleasant and attentive. The place was busy but not overly loud.

The food slaps!! Shoutout to the chef!! So flavourful and ! Must-try: spicy creamy noodles (literally a game-changer). Appetizers? Bang bang shrimp and Crispy Calamari are straight-up elite. Can’t get enough of this place!

Delicious! Wanted to try a noodle place for first time ever and it didn't disappoint. Food was fresh, cooked well, no grease and beautifully plated. Crab Rangoon egg rolls were cooked to perfection. Drinks were fabulous, tried the ginger hot tea which wasn't too potent- just right. And having never tried Vietnamese ice tea was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. The noodle bowls were a delight, so many flavors and generous serving size. Staff was friendly and gracious. Atmosphere was well done and cozy venue. I would certainly go back or recommend to anyone!

finally got to go to the Concord location today, and I’m so glad to know it’s just as phenomenal as the Manchester location!! Buba is the best, it’s very quickly becoming my favorite restaurant ever. the bao are delicious, the shoyu ramen might be one of the best things i’ve ever eaten and on top of that, they have great cocktails! you literally can’t go wrong

I can't believe that I've been missing out on this place for so long. Finally dropped in today and just WOW. The Pork Belly Bao was mouthwatering good and I wish I'd ordered the Triple instead of a Single. My order was Take Out and I can't say enough how much I appreciate that the Curry Ramen broth was in one container and the noodles and toppings were separate, keeping the noodles from over-cooking in the hot broth. I got to my destination, added it all together, and did not pass Go, did not collect 200, went straight to Food Heaven. Yes, it was that good. I have a mighty NEED to get back there soon as.

We started with the crab ragoon egg rolls and they were awesome. So much more crab flavor than you normally get with a crab ragoon. My husband got the beef pho with the spicy sauce on the side that you add to your preference. He likes spicy foods and said it's the kind of spicy that is warm and savory and adds flavor rather than just burning hot. I got the seafood pho and was really pleased with the amount of shrimp and calamari. I've had a lot of noodle soup dishes at various restaurants and some places tend to give mostly noodles and broth with only a couple pieces of the stated protein type. Both types of pho came as a HUGE portion size and we had plenty of leftovers to bring home. We got the strawberry crepe cake dessert to go and enjoyed that. Basically lots of crepes stacked on top of each other with creme filling between each crepe to reach a cake slice height. Not overly sweet and the strawberry flavor was very nice. Not something typically found on a dessert menu, so fun to have something different than normal and not something I will make myself at home. My husband also got one of the seasonal cocktail offerings called "witches brew" which he really liked and had a fun aspect of having popping Boba pearls at the bottom! Our server Jonathan was very nice and had helpful suggestions about the menu because it was our first time and we had some questions. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends!
